Sandra Silva is a Licensed Clinical Social
Worker and a Qualified Supervisor in the state of Florida, bringing over 12
years of experience in mental health services for children, families, and
individuals. She is the founder and lead therapist at Sana Mind, where she
provides compassionate, faith-informed, and culturally sensitive care.
Sandra is fluent in both English and
Spanish and is trained in a range of evidence-based practices including EMDR
(Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), Child-Parent Psychotherapy
(CPP), trauma-informed care, and parental coaching. Her approach is rooted in
connection, healing, and hope.
